How is Aether priced?
Aether uses a hybrid model—a recurring per‑user license (billed monthly or annually) plus a pool of prepaid consumption credits that are debited whenever a pay‑as‑you‑go SKU is used.
What counts as a “user seat”?
Any unique login that can view or use Aether modules (Design Hub, Workflow Builder, CRM, etc.) counts as a seat. All authenticated users consume a seat; Aether does not currently offer read‑only guest roles.
What are consumption credits?
Credits are a monetary balance (e.g. $10,000) you pre‑load and spend on variable‑usage SKUs (roof measurements, AI tasks, Doc‑Sign envelopes, etc.).
Do credits expire?
Credits never expire as long as you maintain at least one active seat license.
How do the volume discounts work?
Pre‑pay ≥ $5,000 in commit credits and we automatically add bonus credit (10‑20 %). The bonus is visible in your calculator and invoice.
Can I top‑up later and still get the discount?
Yes. Any single top‑up that meets a tier threshold receives the corresponding bonus, even mid‑term.
What happens when my credit balance hits zero?
We’ll notify account admins. Usage continues and is billed at on‑demand rates on your next invoice unless you disable overage in Settings.
Is VAT / sales tax included?
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. During checkout we calculate VAT or local sales tax based on your billing address.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
You may adjust seat counts or switch plans at any time. Unused credits remain available; refunds are not provided.
Is there a free trial?
Yes—new workspaces receive 14 days of Growth seats and $200 in sandbox credits to test measurements and workflows.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We support all major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers for ≥ $20k purchases, and annual invoices for Enterprise.
