Google Services Integration (Authentication and Gmail)
6.1 Google Sign-In (Single Sign-On)
Users may choose to sign in to the Services using Google Single Sign-On (“Google SSO”). When a user authenticates via Google, Aether accesses basic account information such as the user’s name and email address for the sole purpose of authentication and account management.
Google SSO data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate authentication services.
6.2 Gmail Integration
When users explicitly enable the Gmail integration, Aether may access Gmail data, including email messages and related metadata, in order to provide email functionality within the Services.
Allow users to send emails from the Aether platform using their Gmail account
Display email conversations associated with specific projects or records within the platform
Gmail data is accessed only in response to user actions and only within the scope authorized by the user.
6.3 Use and Sharing of Google Data
Google user data, including Gmail data, is not sold
Google user data is not used for advertising
Google user data is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the requested functionality or comply with applicable law
Aether’s use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6.4 Data Retention and Revocation
Google account and Gmail data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the enabled functionality or until the user disconnects their Google account.
Users may revoke Google access at any time through:

Upon revocation, Aether will cease accessing Google data and delete or anonymize stored data in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.
